Personal data that we process about you: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail.
Purpose of processing personal data: request for a quote, responding to requests for information and other requests via electronic correspondence (e-mail) or telephone communication, providing services in accordance with the concluded contract or the GTC.
Legal basis for processing personal data: Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
Disclosure of data: Our company does not disclose the data obtained in any case.

Rights of the data subject
Right to access personal data – You have the right to request from us confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain a copy of those data and additional information pursuant to Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation. In the event that we collect a large amount of data about you, we may require you to specify your request for the specific data we process about you.
Right to rectification of personal data – In order to ensure that we only process up-to-date personal data about you, we need you to notify us of any changes to your personal data as soon as possible. If we process incorrect data about you, you have the right to request that it be corrected.
Right to erasure of personal data – If the conditions of Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met, you may request that your personal data be erased. You can therefore request erasure, for example, if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for the processing, or if we process your personal data unlawfully or the purpose for which we processed your personal data has ceased to exist and we do not process it for another compatible purpose. However, we will not erase your data if it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing of personal data – If the conditions of Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met, you can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. You can therefore request restriction, for example, while you are contesting the accuracy of the data being processed or if the processing is unlawful and you do not want us to erase the data but need the processing to be restricted while you exercise your rights. We will continue to process your data if there are grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to data portability – If the processing is based on your consent or is carried out for the performance of a contract with you and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive from us the personal data we have collected from you in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you so wish and it is technically feasible, we will transfer your personal data directly to another controller. This right shall not apply to processing carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
Right to object to processing of personal data – If we process your personal data for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us, or if the processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, you have the right to object to such processing. Based on your objection, we will restrict the processing of personal data and, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, we will no longer process the personal data and will delete your personal data. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including
